Hot Cocoa Bunny Bombs
Chocolate of your choice;
Our Bunny silicone chocolate mold;
Hot cocoa powder and mini marshmallows;
Piping hot milk.
Start your bombs off by melting chocolate either on the stove or the microwave, then coat the inside of your mold with a healthy layer.
Next, put the mold in the fridge for 10 minutes, and make sure your chocolate shell does not need any reinforcing before you try to pop it out. (If it does, just load up your mold with another layer of chocolate, dump out excess chocolate.)
Very carefully remove your cooled chocolate from the mold, and fill Bunny with your hot cocoa (about 1 Tbsp) & mini marshmallows. To seal your Bunny follow “Flat Back Method “below :
Flat Back Method (Sealing Bunny)
-Spread some chocolate on a 5x5 inch square of parchment paper. Place square on top of Chocolate bunny’s open bottom. Flip Bunny over (so it is upright and parchment paper is underneath). Pop in Fridge for 5 minutes. Then cut excess chocolate on edges off with a knife or razor. Lift bunny from Paper & Fill in any gaps with melted chocolate.
Pop Bunny in a mug and pour piping hot milk on top and watch the magic happen!
